Sedra runs on GHOSTDAG, a parallel-consensus design proven in the open for years. Most chains keep a single line of blocks and throw the rest away. Sedra keeps blocks made at the same moment and puts them in order together, like branches on a tree. That makes it fast and cheap to use, even when a lot is happening at once.
That same strength, many things happening at once and still agreeing on one order, is what software agents will need as they start to transact on their own. Sedra was built for that early.
We say plainly which parts work today and which are still ahead. What is ready ships as working code. What is not, we call research.

Sedra does not run the models. This is a direction we build in the open, and we say plainly what is research and what is live today.
A fair restart for miners.
When a network restarts, difficulty falls back toward zero, a real and fair opening for returning miners, reopened together at a time announced in advance. Sedra uses the same kHeavyHash proof of work as the wider GHOSTDAG family, so rigs already built for it work from day one. Supply is capped at 28.7 billion SDR, and every block is still earned through proof of work.
There is a reason it is this proof of work and not another. kHeavyHash is built on matrix multiplication, the same math that runs neural networks, and it was shaped for the optical hardware that is one of the clearest paths to low-energy AI. And the memory the machine economy runs on lives on the chain, so mining kHeavyHash is mining that memory: every task, result, and proof is ordered and kept by the same work that secures the coin. The heavy inference runs off-chain, but under the chain, checked by many, with no trusted oracle.
Mine however you like. Point a rig at a pool the way you do today and your hashpower secures the chain, which is the memory. Or run Sedra Node and, as milestones arrive, flip one toggle and post a refundable bond to become a Keeper, holding the models, answering, coordinating, and checking, paid from the fees the AI economy pays on top of blocks. Pools can run it too. The block reward stays entirely with miners; the design sends 95 percent of every task fee to the Keepers doing the work, and it ships versioned in the open. Ordinary mining comes first, the AI roles and optical mining are milestones and research, and we mark each plainly and announce it before it lands.

Recovery is split across people you trust, so no single hand ever holds a whole key, with an optional inheritance path that only wakes after long silence and stays yours to cancel while you are here.
An explorer that speaks plainly
Ask a real question, get a real answer. Plain-language summaries of any block or transaction, search across indexed chain data, and clear labels for known actors. Genuinely useful, not a chatbot bolted onto a table of hex.
The mobile wallet exists today and is being checked against a remote node. Desktop and CLI are in active build. Nothing here is called live until it truly is.
How we operate.
A few rules we hold to, whatever else changes. They are how the rest earns trust.
Coded, not mined
Any allocation lives in the chain's own rules, in the open, where anyone can read it. Never a quiet client change slipped in and reverted before release.
The same open sky
No mining before the restart is announced. When difficulty resets, everyone starts from the same line, us included.
Told before, not after
The full amount and the destination address are published with the release, never explained once it is too late to check them.
Shared, not held
Reserved funds live in a multisig wallet, not one person's key, with vesting and a timelock anyone can watch on-chain.
Honest lights
Anything not restored says so. No simulated number ever stands in for a living network.
Out in the open
Changes to emission or consensus ship as a public, versioned fork, announced before they take effect.

One place to check before committing hash power or capital. This is disclosure, not a pitch. Transparency earns trust as a side effect of being honest, and should never be built to sell.

What comes next.
These are named honestly as later work, arriving as the stages above are reached. We list them so the direction is clear, not to promise them today.
The reserve wallet
A shared multisig wallet, opened in a later phase, holding the disclosed allocation set aside for what comes next. Its amount and address are public from the day it exists, and every outflow is logged with Proof-of-Spend against its stated purpose.
Open decision-making
Choices above a set threshold made through independent identities and a shared signature, published as they happen.
Rewards for uptime
An honest, disclosed reward for Sedrians who keep real nodes online, verified by an open attestation agent. Not a promise of yield, a thank you for carrying the network.
GHOSTDAG bridge
A bridge to move value and assets between Sedra and the wider GHOSTDAG family. Built for interoperability, so a settlement layer and a memory layer strengthen each other instead of walling off.
wSDR, wrapped SDR
A one-to-one wrapped SDR that lets the token reach smart-contract chains and open liquidity, backed by reserves anyone can check. The base chain stays honest proof of work, while value can travel to where the markets and the agents already are.
Consensus Memory
Sedra's core idea for AI. Many autonomous agents writing to one shared, ordered record at the same time, and still agreeing on a single history.
The agent kit
A small, open kit and a Keeper client. Any agent can plug into Sedra in a few lines, and any capable machine can join as a Keeper, take on tasks, and be paid. Agents start as ordinary clients and later become CTAs themselves, owned and traded with their provenance intact.
The Publisher
A team multisig, timelocked, that signs the AI model manifests, published before it is ever used. A disclosed 5 percent steward share of task fees funds model stewardship, capped in the chain rules. It cannot mint SDR, change the reward split, or see a prompt, and it decentralizes over time.
Living transparency
A public description of the project generated from the running code and live chain state, with periodic checkpoints anchored to an independent chain, so the story can never drift from the truth.
SDR is already listed.
The token trades today while the network comes back. Volume is quiet for now, and we would rather say that plainly than dress it up. Wider liquidity is later roadmap work, and we will say so before it lands.
