Proof of Useful Inference

A mining architecture in which the proof-of-work is verifiable AI inference, run on purpose-built silicon, so that a network's security spending and its useful computation become the same act. Covers the mechanism, a full advanced-accelerator design, the determinism specification that makes results checkable, verification, security, and economics, with a runnable virtual test. Independent of any specific blockchain or token.
